Firefighter Stair Climb Seattle | Reno Family Photographer | Kristi Gayton Photography
This March my husband and I traveled to Seattle Washington for the Scott Firefighter Stair climb. Tyler and a team from Sparks joined other firefighters from around the country to climb the stairs of the Columbia Center, the tallest building west of the Mississippi. They climb 69 flights of stairs in full gear to raise money for The Leukemia Lymphoma Society. While we were there we also took some time to do many of the great touristy things that Seattle has to offer including the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and Glass Museum, The Great Wheel, The Aquarium, The Museum of Flight, and Pikes Place Market. Seattle is a beautiful city and we will definitely go back one day to support this great cause again... which is easy for me to say since Tyler did all the climbing and I did all the eating!
